DE LENCOIS

Really, I was surprised by the hotel. I stayed here more than 30 years ago, as a child with my parents. I made a tour of Chapada and I stayed in 2 more hotels (Boutique style), but I admit that none came to the feet of this one. Super attentive and requestful staff, delicious restaurant food, very tasty breakfast, made some very cool changes such as the smaller aquicida beach style pool and the heated hydromassage ... delicious to enjoy in the winter! I did not expect so much from the Hotel, I confess...and I regretted not having stayed all my trip in it! If God wills, I will come back with my parents so they can enjoy this experience too! Congratulations!!!

Our family always stays in the Hotel de Lençóis, and at each stay we count on the sympathy, respect and education of its employees, all always careful, excellent hosts. We've even tried to stay in other places. But the Hotel de Lençóis will always have a heart ❤️ We have already spent several wonderful and unforgettable moments that we only have to thank! We'll be back soon.

In the last week of July 2026, I had the opportunity to take a few days off to rest and meet a destination that had long awakened my curiosity: the Chapada Diamantina. The trip came up last minute, decided almost in the final minutes, and ended up becoming an unforgettable experience. During my stay at the Hotel de Lençóis, I was extremely positively surprised. In addition to having an excellent structure, comfort and a privileged location, the hotel’s great differentiator is undoubtedly its staff. I would like to record my sincere thanks to Dario, General Manager of the hotel, to Julia and Pedro, the reception, and Neto, who received us with so much sympathy during breakfast. Each of them contributed to making our experience even more special. The hospitality, cordiality, attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference. After intense days exploring the trails of Chapada Diamantina, exhausting but extremely revitalizing, it was very gratifying to return to a comfortable, organized and, above all, welcoming environment. I confess I'd stayed in for a lot longer if I could. I have been working for years in hospitality, exercising a management role, with experience in hotels in the midscale and upscale segments. Just by knowing the operations behind the scenes and the challenges of offering a service of excellence, I can affirm that Hotel de Lençóis delivers an experience compatible with high-standard enterprises. The quality of hospitality, the care of the guest and the commitment of the staff deserve recognition. Congratulations to everyone for the excellent work.
