A wonderful place, well cared for and with a special nature smell. The room is of ideal size, and the bathroom is large. I stayed in the Turkey room and loved the decoration. Good air conditioning and freezer. There's a bag with two nets. Now comes the best of the guesthouse: the care of Lucimar and his wonderful daughters Bia and Valentina. Lucimar and the soul of the place. A lovely Cover, that left us as if we were home from the first good afternoon. With his frank smile and his soft speech he won our hearts. An illuminated Cover that illuminates the entire guesthouse. And your beautiful daughters that warm our hearts. It is a place for happy, peaceful people who like nature and who love life. There is also the trail to the river and after crossing it you arrive at the beach of Santo Antônio, wonderful that you can go by car as well. I'll be back as soon as I can.

We discovered this pousada thanks to the show Escapes Belles and it was a very nice discovery. 11 of us (family and friends) arrived by car from Maceió (state of Alagoas) via the ligna verde which runs along the coast. The pousada is located on top of a hill, near the village of Diogo. The bungalows are simple, comfortable, clean and spacious. We were welcomed by Nicolas, who was friendly and gave us good advice during our stay. The pousada is magnificent, surrounded by nature, trees, plants, flowers, river, birds, opossum, little monkeys... My pleasure: settling into the hammock in the early morning and LISTENING to nature waking up. The big plus: this walk through the dunes to a heavenly beach! Note: it is worth it! Bring hats, sun protection and water! We hope to return there very soon!

We stayed at the Pousada for 20 nights and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The owner and her staff are very nice and friendly, and perfect hosts. We were well looked after. The breakfast was each day superb with bahian specials to discover. The pousada is set in a lush tropical garden with splendid views on the near river and the sea. We had an accommodation with sea view, at night there is every evening a thousand stars to discover! To the beach it's a 20 min leisurely walk through a wonderful scenery of palm trees, wild jasmine etc! There are huts on the beach which serve nice food and ice cold beer. Diogo itself is a nice little village with a few nice restaurants and friendly locals. But with a car it's only a 5 min drive to imbassai or 15 min to Praia do forte, which boasts lots of restaurants. The pousada is very quiet all day long and especially after around 8pm as it is not frequented by outsiders which makes it very exclusive and perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and absolute perfect vacation in Brazil, then go there! We will!
