Hotel Beach Hills

I want to thank the staff at the pool bar, especially Gil and Katiane, and a guy whose name I don't remember, they were attentive and welcoming. My birthday was on 08/30/26 they sang happy birthday I loved it.

Very good hotel, service at the reception by Gabriel and Patrícia, excellent! One thing was lacking, the lack of a dual-voltage transformer. I brought a straightener and couldn't use it because all the outlets are 220. They provide a dryer, which didn't help me much. Breakfast with seasonal fruits, tapioca every day, etc.

Great service, provided by Val. Polite, helpful, and friendly. Note: 10.
