I want to leave here my indignation and alert about my experience at the Atlantic Park Hotel in Porto Seguro. During my stay, after leaving the room at the request of the maid for cleaning, my debit card disappeared and unauthorized movements were made in my bank account. When communicating the incident to management, I was informed that I should register a bulletin of occurrence and that I would receive feedback on the adopted measures. I did the event bulletin, I spent hours at the police station following all the guidelines requested, but until today, almost a month after what happened, I did not receive any call, positioning or demonstration of interest in resolving the situation. What annoys me most is not only the damage suffered, but the total lack of support, respect and attention to the guest. At no time did I feel that the hotel really cared about clarifying the facts or providing the necessary assistance. Therefore, I leave my alert for those who wish to stay at the site. Before you make your reservation, check the reviews and complaints already registered by other guests. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative and I do not recommend the establishment. There are several other accommodation options in Porto Seguro that value and respect your guests.

Good location, however, very pernilongo, apartment without phone (interphone), no hair dryer, good apartment, good bathroom, air conditioning worked to satisfaction, mostly poorly educated staff, especially the master of the pool, much without education, limited restaurant at breakfast, little and always the same thing, we only dined once and unfortunately we had a bad time, we came away with many stomach pains and had to return taking medications, unwilling reception with the host, except the attentive and educated girls, finally my family disregarded this hotel, we will not return again and we do not recommend.

Unfortunately it was a bad hotel experience, I do not recommend. Every day of my stay I had to strive to overcome a frustration with this hotel. First we stayed 2 days without a face towel, even asking did not take. I also had the stinking cover, and yet they refused to give me a second cover. I had to insist and get angry to have a second bad-smelling covered bust. Surrendered in my hand with great mischief. The breakfast is extremely weak and graceless, and to make it worse, it tapioca only a few days a week. Considering the weak breakfast, what saved was the tapioca, ai having limitation of days is very frustrating. (And I wasn't the only one complaining about the coffee, I heard several other guests commenting) There we go to the room, spacious yes, large and comfortable bed, large bathroom too. But the jar of my room was all loose, and when I arrived the bathroom box was dirty, with body sebum, and so it remained until the last day. And also my god, many shrimp, I wasn't even going to talk about it because it's something of nature, but yes, millions of shrimp in the room and no poison available, I had to buy a baygon on the first day and just so to get to live in the room. And I add more, bad service too, everything badly seen, with a face of ass.
