The best part of this hotel is the proximity to the historic center and a few blocks from the ferry terminal for the Sao Paulo nose
The service was correct
The breakfast sector is nice. It has windows overlooking the bay.
They offer fruit, cold meat, yogurt, cereal, cakes, breads.
I asked before arriving at the hotel if there was a gluten-free option and they answered yes. But when I went to breakfast they had nothing for me to eat. I thought they'd at least serve tapiocas...
Luckily I had taken my rice cookies. A disappointment.
The room sector needs reform.
We went with friends and their room was super small, very basic. Very old furnishings, no badges, no candles, no light tables, very poor lighting. The bathroom wall was durlock. She looked very precarious and didn't make a good impression.
Ours had a window facing the bay but the furniture left much to be desired as did the lighting.
It has a staircase with many steps to enter the hotel. If they go pers with any motor difficulties, they will be difficult to access.
