The Sol Grand Premium - All Inclusive has a great structure, spacious rooms, good food and very beautiful and well-maintained common areas. Overall, we really liked the experience. However, some points have disappointed us. The main was the insistence of the vendors of the AVIVA club, who approach the guests daily at the reception. We finally accepted to know the program and the consultant was very polite, but in the end, the supervisor insisted enough for us to close the contract. As we made it clear from the beginning that we had no interest, the treatment changed completely, demonstrating a lack of professionalism. Another negative point are the various extra charges within the resort, such as the reservation of the bungalows, something that in other resorts all inclusive is usually available at no additional cost. We also had a problem with the room, which was too moist, probably due to some air conditioning failure. Fortunately, the team changed the room and resolved the situation. Overall, it is a good resort, but these points end up damaging the experience.
