Pousada Des Arts

I was in this hostel about ten years ago, it was a pleasure. I'm back for something else! Decadent. Dirty, ripped sheets, scary breakfast exposed with dishes wrapped in plastic film! I made the reservation by booking at a high value, now seeing the hostel, very high about 600 and some broken for 3 nights, the current value is at 400 and little, and I would not pay even 100. I paid almost 2k to sleep in the worst place I've ever been! The employees are dear and helpful much younger and unprepared. Yesterday when I returned to the hostel, I almost fell off the stairs, all erased! The third floor impossible to see anything! Anyway!! A scare! The feeling of paying expensive for nothing is very bad! I searched for guesthouses next door to change right after the first night and of course they were all crowded, I went to see some rooms at the time of cleaning, all great, clear, clean! Anyway! What a scare!!! Check the evaluation dates before booking!!! For the old assessments are from another administration. I just took a picture of the sheet! I didn't take any more pq the will was to run out!! Tirei qd resolvi publicar, thing q never do! But that's surreal!

We were guests less than 2 years ago, with a very different memory from the last stay, what happened? Always great location, as the art and decorations inside the Pousada. The friendly staff. We had a triple, old and swinging beds, the terrible single bed! A plywood board with an ultra-fine mat! Soap, toilet paper were missing and the fridge bar was dirty and malfunctioning... Poor breakfast (I remember the buffèt which was great...) We asked for help calling the airport about a lost suitcase, the answer that they could not do it because the phone had no credit!? Sorry, but we're not coming back...

This is definitely a hostile and not a hotel. The building is in dire need of renovations. My first night the safe didn’t work, the sheets had hair in them, the ceiling in the bathroom leaked water and the towels were dirty. They moved me to another room. The safe broke, and the sink leaked in the bathroom. I would not recommend anyone staying here, EVER. There are better options in the area. Save yourself in trouble. I sent a message to the manager, asking for a reimbursement for one day out of 4 nights. She texted once and then never responded. That’s how much they care about their guests and their hotel.
