Solar das Artes Pousada Boutique

Very nice breakfast and terrasse. Large rooms. Cleanness is not where it should be (dirty shower and towels, no soap, no shampoo). Small ants in the bed last night, nothing major but annoying.

The Experience in this Hostel was not good because I Lost My money inside therefore it is not safe.!!!! What's more, the rooms are not The ones they offer i'm the reserve, they give You others, the street where it is located is not safe because it's dark at night and many homeless people yelling at You forcing You to give them money, give me 50 , 20 reais

The clean,small pousada is in a quiet street,which is its best point (no loud music,no crowd),with of course the budget price....(but a low price doesn’t always mean a bad service or a dirty place)The inside is much more ‘bohemian’ than ‘boutique’...meaning there are many old pieces ,but they should need a cleaning and some repairs to look less ‘trift shop ‘...nice little terrace with a view, good breakfast,but don’t trust when they tell you it is from 7,30.....at 8,30 things are still coming out of the kitchen and if you want eggs you have to ask to the not-too’much-smiling lady in charge....(some cakes are little older than others and the juice has too much water....) but the hotel is generally friendly.Avoid the room just at the back of the restaurant: it is large,but the window looks just on the common terrace and you are compelled to look who is outside to enjoy the view....and if a grout of young asian girls want to have a drink at 11pm,there could be a problem.....
