BAD EXPERIENCE!! I booked through Booking with the free cancellation option. I canceled on time and was still charged. After more than 30 days of free cancellation, the amount debited remains pending refund. After several attempts to speak to the Hotel, they stopped responding to me and did not answer the phone.

Spent five days in the apartment. Nothing to complain about it. It is a residential building, friendly staff. There is a gym and a pool in the roof. The landlord is very nice, met us at the apartment and upgraded it for free since we had five people (he added an extra bed and put us in an ap with ocean view). The location is close to downtown, by the Iracema beach (not proper for swimming). Lots of cheap restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay with the family; close to Monsenor tabosa for shopping, the cathedral, many restaurants, big and modern supermarket, central market of Fortaleza. There's a pool and jacuzzi at the top of the building with a great view. The guards are very helpful, so is the property owner, Marcio. You can arrange tours to many attractions through the owner; clean, kitchen. My cousins, husband and me felt very good there. We miss the balcony and it's view by night.
