Hotel must have been reasonable in the past, but the lack of maintenance and updating is visible. The towels have poor absorption, for a sunburned skin, the sensation is of passing a trash through the body. The available soap is a white fillet that does not interact in contact with water. The room has a strong smell of closed environment, which forces us to leave the air conditioning on uninterruptedly. As for the air, we can only imagine how long it's been without a filter cleaning. When we arrived I noticed that the coupled box of the vase was leaking. I requested maintenance when leaving and when we returned, 4 hours later, it was not provided. Fortunately we only used the hotel for one night and the vase was not used for number 2. Since we left at four in the morning, we couldn't evaluate the breakfast.

The experience was awful, I stayed 3 days. When we arrived in the room there was no face towel or floor, we asked the maid who was in the hallway, she asked me to call the reception. We asked, but it never came. When night came, the thin, simple toilet paper had vanished. The elevator, when the call button worked, only went up. On the last day, the floor Service door was locked. Location where we were using the Service elevator. The hotel is well located, but that's all. Do not deliver anything that a 4-star hotel offers. The breakfast also leaves much to be desired. The cleaning is bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
