Diogo

I stayed in this hotel since 2016. In my opinion it is the best.

Me and my husband stayed for 6 days at Hotel Diogo, now in July, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. From the reception on arrival to the check-out, we only have compliments. The check-in was quick, the rooms were always very clean, organized and well kept. The breakfast is very good, with quite a variety. The environment is clean, and the staff are constantly organizing and replying the food. The hotel has two pools, one on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea, as well as a gym and sauna. All staff were extremely polite, receptive and helpful. I give a special thanks to the security Cristiano Marques, who always welcomed us with a smile, played with us and made us feel very welcome. The location is also excellent, close to everything. Even being in a busy avenue and close to bars, the acoustic insulation of the room is very good, and we had no problem with noise. Without a doubt, we will stay again at Hotel Diogo when we return to Fortaleza. I recommend closed eyes!

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room is simple, as well as enxoval and amenities - but comfortable. Very old key safe. We had a problem with one of the mattresses - impossible to sleep - but that was changed at the same time we made the complaint. In general, they are pretty soft. I don't know if by mistake of the agency, they put 3 single beds (should have a double one) and for exchange the cost was Ds R$ 350. We found it abusive. Excellent breakfast and the tapioca girl is a love of person! Small but good pools. We had no problems with noise. Overall, we liked the hotel.
