Iracema Flat

Hotel simply ridiculous. I gave a star because you can't give zero. I made my reservation 3 months in advance. Two days before I still got a message from them asking what types of beds I would like. On the day of the stay, a Saturday at 2:00 am I arrived to check in and the reception lady (most incompetent impossible) told me that my reservation did not exist, that the reservation system closes at midday and that on the weekend there was no supervisor or manager in the hotel to try to resolve the problem I had to leave (with children and all) to look for another hotel.

Wonderful hotel with coffee buffet ☕️ delicious morning, quite varied, the receptionist was charming, super attentive, granted us various tips for tours, vouchers from locations for lunch, all magnificent. Wonderful room with huge living room, balcony overlooking the Sea of Fortaleza.

Dirty old hotel. Mofo on the walls of the bathroom, kitchen cabinets and the bedroom without maintenance. The sliding door of the room did not close not allowing a good operation of the air conditioning. Environment infested with potatoes. Old towels r without replacement. I contacted the receptionist Lara informing that there were no facial shells and she informed that because I put it on the floor, the camaraderie did not replace. Really bad. Worst place I stayed in Fortaleza.
