Old hotel. Rooms with enough space. When we arrived, we were assigned a room with very old TV (not yet digital), with poor image, not sharp. We request the replacement. But the worst was to know that they charge R$45/day (although it is only for the car to stay overnight (i.e., from 23:00 to 7:00 the next day), without negotiation, under the 'excuse' that it would be an outsourced service, and that this would be a 'discount' for those who are staying, otherwise, it would cost R$90! Bad "welcome" to the guests! Since there was no choice, we fell into this... but, early tomorrow, we will cancel the other nights and look for another place!

I suffered a lot with my room. Outlet not working, internet not working, air conditioning pinging and noisy. On the first day I requested maintenance, on the second I requested a room change. Median service, on arrival the reception only gave the Internet password, not to mention coffee hours, zero courtesy. Worst elevators I've seen in my life: built in a way that prevents the user from viewing the 3 elevators at the same time, with broken lifts and no luminous indication, in addition to very sluggish. Good convention space

Excellent experience. Very well received at the reception and quick service. There are 3 elevators to facilitate locomotion. Ample room with nice view to the sea, perfect bed, great lighting, amazing bathroom, very nice pool area, with wide area for children, making the environment safer. Academy simpler, but able to adapt and have my training. Breakfast is a spectacle, many options and that change with the passing of the days, highlight the aunt of tapioca, aunt Lucí is a love of person, treats everyone with the same attention and affection, she manages to spread love across every environment.
