Plaza Praia Suites

We arrived at the hotel a day later. No problem. It was one day less more the hotel has no fault of the flight have been delayed, we booked from January 30th to February 6th which is today., nice hotel personal friendly reception, already in the elevator very hot, we entered our room, uff old mattress, entering the shower, water. My husband has severe spine problems and the hot water relieves the pains, we warned the reception the next day the water was hot but to our disappointment the next day cold, I warned other times but the shower water is cold until today February 6 😭

Worse accommodation experience, staff does not have the least importance with guests. You left a lot to wish for! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! I had a problem with a personal item that disappeared from inside the room that I was staying in, the hotel proposed to solve and picked up my data for a possible reimbursement, but 2 months later and I had no return, the staff just ignored so that I could leave the hotel dependencies and didn't need to solve anything! Very weak and repetitive breakfast Dirty and smelly rooms Always dirty bathroom with odor coming from ralo Room service leaves much to be desired!

The few pillows n bed is quite fine. They don't borrow towels to take to the beach. We ran into two unacceptable porters. We couldn't park and no place accredited to the hotel pq said q had no vacancy. And tb made no effort to help us where to put the car. We always stayed in Fortaleza but this hotel was the worst q we ever stayed. Reasonable coffee. Room cleaning we had q request twice to be served. Anyway. We won't stay in this hotel anymore.
