Praiano Palace Hotel

The Priana Hotel was a beautiful hotel that was very clean and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel had incredible food at great prices and the breakfasts were delicious and had something for everyone! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating and the location is right at the center of the beachfront area!

There are luxurious hotels. There are beautiful hotels. There are well located hotels. But we rarely find a hotel that makes you feel truly at home. The Praiano Hotel got it. I came back after 2 months and was impressed how everyone remembered me. This kind of hospitality is not easily taught, it is born of a culture of genuine excellence. Reception, security, restaurant, cleaning, all treat guests with a rare care. I have stayed in renowned national and international hotels, and frankly: the level of humanity and hospitality here surpasses many hotels of major international chains. Care has soul. The location is simply perfect, facing the Beira-Mar, with easy access to the fair, restaurants and all the wonderful energy of Fortaleza. The rooftop is beautiful, the breakfast is spectacular, the rooms are comfortable, modern and extremely clean. The tapiocas made on time became an event apart from the trip. Another difference is how the hotel manages to combine sophistication with human warmth. You don’t feel just “more a busy room.” You feel received. A special thanks to the entire team, unfortunately I'm terrible with names, but every employee who crossed my path showed professionalism, education and pride in working there. That's rare. If I could leave just one constructive suggestion, it would be to invest in a more complete and modern academy, compatible with the very high level of the rest of the experience. It would also be amazing to offer some benefits/partnerships for sports-related attractions near Beira-Mar. I want to give a very special recognition to Venicio, Lauro and the incredible security team. You were an essential part of the experience I had at the hotel. The professionalism, education, care and the way they treat the guests make anyone feel protected, welcomed and truly at home. Such people completely raise the level of a hotel. I also want to thank Gilmar, a 5-star driver indicated by the hotel, extremely polite, professional, punctual and human. Immaculate service from beginning to end. And I can't help but mention all the other employees who I may not remember the name now, but who left a huge mark on my stay. Every smile, every conversation, every sincere “good day” and every gesture of attention made Fortaleza even more special for me. Fortaleza is special in itself. But the Praiano Hotel turns the trip into an emotional memory. No exaggeration: one of the most welcoming hotels I have ever met. I will always return, it became my home in Fortaleza. Aaahhh a little bit more.... There was a day when the forecast was 90% rain and I was almost giving up the ride. Then Venicio and the Praiano team looked at me and said with the utmost tranquility: “Go well, it won’t rain.” Result? Blue sky. Beautiful sun. Not a drop of rain. At this point I am already convinced that Venicio and the team have some secret rain dance ritual instead hidden in the hotel, because it is not possible 😂☀️ Their level of confidence in the climate of Fortaleza should be studied by meteorology.
