Location is about the only good thing about this hotel, with central access to many points of interest around fortaleza, however that is about the extent of it's value.
The atmosphere is pretty much non-existent, again most of which you'll find atmosphere within the area, not the hotel.
The rooms were of satisfactory standard but nothing special, but then again you'll be spending most of your time outdoors and exploring fortaleza.
The value is one of the biggest negatives within this hotel, as you'll be burning a hole through your wallet, with many of the charges and services being swept under the rug, until you checkout.
Cleanliness is fine, again nothing special, just standard and enough.
Noise level just depends on what time of the day it is and what neighbours you get, but usually quiet during the day and more lively by night.
The biggest fault in this hotel is the scummy practice of undisclosed service fees that you will not know about until you checkout. Everytime you asked for room service or didn't because many times when you are out, they still impede and go into your room, so privacy is quite a big concern. After all this, at checkout, they finally disclose all the service fees with taxes and of course overprice everything.
