pros: Big appartement, Satelite TV with english channels, Supermarket right next door, bed were comfy, some english knowledge of reception
cons: Internet didn't work and nobody cared. Working Internet was one of our main criteria to chose this apparthotel, since we needed to plan and book our next steps of the journey. After several discussions with reception the cable guy came on the last day of our stay to fix hte internet (by the way - he failed doing so but tried to blame our devices, which worked everywhere just fine).
Floor was very dirty! Appartement smelled terrible and we couldn't get rid of the it.
We left 2 days earlier than booked, due to the mentioned issues above. First reception said it was ok to leave without penalty (so we booked the next hotel). The next day we were told it is not ok and we have to pay for the whole stay booked. After more discussions they agrded to let us go and pay the money back. Well, we still don't have the money back.
Worst cliente handling ever experinced and not worth the money paid for (US$ 106 per night). Deeply disappointed and sure never to return. Ever!
