Stayed here for three nights recently on business. The location is great - right in the beach front. But you have to be careful. It is an area of high prostitution. The hotel itself is extremely basic, average at best. The receptionist when we got there was very unfriendly (although others came in duty who were very nice). The rooms were basic but clean. The air conditioning wasn't the best either. He shower was warm and decent, however. Breakfast was OK. There wasn't that much on offer and was expected save for what you got. Avoid this place if you can. There are much bette hotels nearby.

First: I made my reservation In january and they put me In a room I ternally called "The dog house" (despite there is a lot of house dogs beterraba than that room), but after two days I managed changing the room. Second: just after asking for "tapioca" a couple of times, on my last day staiyng there, they served it In the breakfast. Third and for the last: I found a living scorpion In my room when I arrived at the night, one day before my living. Asked for help but because it was taking too long, I have to kill it myself. Disgusting.

The hotel located in front of the beach. Which makes its a good location. Brazil car rental is cheap. If you can, rent a car from the airport, otherwise The taxi will cost you around R$40 one way. The rooms are basic and comfortable , they have a good breakfast. The fish market is walking distance. There you can buy your fish and take it locals next to it. They will cooked it for you and drink beers. Enjoy your day with the locals. The front desk will help you with any questions. They also provide you with one day tours for like R$50.
