Serra Grande Hotel

We went on an excursion. We stayed in a triple room. The room was large but the floor was old and a little musty. The air conditioning works well, but there was no way to regulate the temperature. There were no towels available. The bathroom contained poor quality soap, an old toilet and a broken flush. The best thing is the hotel swimming pool. Big and clean. Very reasonable coffee

This place is really old. The mini bar is museum piece, so is all the hotel furniture. I put a birthday cake on the table and the ents came from all over the room to eat it up, gross! No hot shower (I think it was broken) and super duper cold water. Breakfast buffet was good but really people, as a tourism manager, you're doing it wrong! How you offer breakfast and open it for everyone and serve everything in plastic cups? Put all the silverware in a ugly plastic containers and pour the coffe and milk in camping galloons? I'm giving three stars for the nice staff and the lovely flowers but it has a lot to improve.
