Despite the good structure and location of the hotel, it lacks in guest attention. Breakfast area extremely cold, even when commenting to the staff, they did not change the temperature of the area, which had 3 air conditioners running at maximum power. By observing the other guests, it was possible to verify that all were uncomfortable with the temperature of the place. Furthermore, the temperature of the place made all the food extremely cold. The coffee, coming out piping hot from the machine, got cold in seconds.
Furthermore, turning off the hot water in the rooms close to check-out, without any warning or alert, is extremely disrespectful to the guest who needs to get ready to leave the hotel. When I contacted the reception at 10 am to report the lack of hot water in my unit, I was simply told that the hot water for the entire hotel had to be shut off, with an expected return only at 4 pm.
