Manhattan Plaza

I stayed in this hotel during the Corpus Christi holiday in Brasília, and I had an excellent experience. During my stay, part of the hotel was intended to host the women's volleyball teams from Bulgaria, Italy, Dominican Republic, the Netherlands, Turkey and Brazil, participants of the Volleyball Nations League (VNL) stage. Even with the great traffic generated by the event, the organization of the hotel was impeccable. Since the sports delegations occupied part of the structure, the breakfast of the other guests was served in a unit of the same network located in front of the hotel. Despite the short displacement, the solution was well organized and did not cause inconvenience. The room was quite comfortable, with a spacious living room and a nice balcony, providing a cozy atmosphere to rest after the day's appointments. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the entire staff showed cordiality and professionalism during the stay. In addition to the quality of the accommodation, it was interesting to experience the international atmosphere created by the presence of the participating selections of VNL, which made the experience even more special. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be interesting to provide a greater amount of toilet paper rolls in the rooms for greater guest comfort. Overall, I recommend the hotel and would definitely stay in it again on a next visit to Brasília.

I made my reservation 6 months before the municipal march event and left in the note that I would like to stay in a room overlooking the esplanade of the ministries. At check-in I was informed that there was no triple room overlooking the balcony but I have been staying in this hotel with this room setting overlooking the balcony other times. I corrected the employee and explained it to him and he confirmed and said that there was no more room available in the way I requested. It became obvious that no one observed or did not give the minimum to my request, it is unacceptable a hotel of this size not have the least respect for its customers. Here is my indignation.

Excellent experience at the hotel. We booked a triple room, very spacious. Quiet air conditioning and window with very good noise sealing. People at the reception, all very attentive. Excellent breakfast with lots of options.
