Serra Negra Pousada Spa

Pros: Room Ample had two divisions we were in a couple and a son. Breakfast with differentiated items: Pastel, Pizza. Far from Noise and Music, Near the beaches we like: Three Beaches and Adventists, we were with Car Rental, IFood works well and there is a place available to make meals in the kitchen area, the staff of the reception are careful and helpful. Free covered parking and good. Cons: Far from the beaches, old guest house with no view from the bedroom windows, breakfast utensils little dirty, not only I noticed, until a very small child cleaned the dish before using, gardener without empathy ( I went to get water in the drinking room ) all ok with Three days, at the time of leaving said that could not. I've seen many things denied in this life, but water I think is no idea, since it would drink and not waste. I did not use the pool nor the jacuzzi can not comment.

Wonderful stay! The guesthouse is very good, the rooms are comfortable, the service is great, the breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly. There was only one day when other guests made noise at night, but nothing that interfered with the stay. On one of the days I had a hot stone massage package which was incredible! It has covered parking and you can walk to the beach, it is on a street with bars and restaurants. I intend to return again.

The reception team was very kind and attentive. The facilities are wonderful. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I would like to highlight the commitment of the attendants Pedro and Clarisse who dedicated themselves to making our stay the best experience possible.
