My wife and I stayed at the hotel around 1 p.m. on 24/4 and even arriving early for check-in, we were welcomed by the staff who immediately provided us with an apartment. We stayed until the 16th of the 28th. It was a gratifying experience. The establishment is very clean; the breakfast, although not very varied, is honest and tasty. The staff as a whole, in our opinion, is extremely kind and always ready to serve well. We paid special attention to the staff of Eduardo and Thiago who were exceptional in the reception and service. Congratulations to the entire team. We are elderly (78 and 74 years old) and I would like to leave just one suggestion. The bathroom box could have a plastic rack to prevent slippers and a safety bar on the side.

The hotel is in a state of abandonment. The room featured intense mold and mole, causing immediate discomfort, plus a bathroom with a broken sink. The general feeling is to be in an old building, poorly preserved and literally falling to pieces. The hygiene is nonexistent: pillows and bedding were visibly dirty, something completely unacceptable in any lodging establishment. To make it worse, personal belongings were stolen from inside the room, raising serious security concerns. The wardrobe team invades the guest's privacy by messing with personal belongings without authorization. I recommend closing absolutely everything as there is no control or respect. The service is extremely poor: poorly educated staff, unprepared and without any notion of hospitality. It becomes clear that the hotel has no management, and dirt spreads all over the area, not just in the rooms. Unhealthy place, unsafe and unworthy of accommodation. Avoid.
