The service is excellent. Friendly and helpful professionals. But the infrastructure left something to be desired. For example, I had trouble accessing the room, I went down to the reception to change the card and I still couldn't access it. After many attempts, the employees realized that they "forgot" to change the battery of the electronic lock... A basic mistake. Without counting on it at night, the air conditioner was dripping on my head... Finally, some little problems that I don't see in others on the Golden Tulip network.

The room I stayed in was old... but everything was working fine. The academy has a lot of equipment-- old, but working. The pool area is good, organized. Everything very clean. Breakfast OK. Cordial attention from the team.
