I have stayed at this hotel several times and noticed that it is poorly maintained and lacks maintenance. The location is great, close to everything. But the gym needs to replace the equipment, which is outdated and unmaintained, even the water filter is not working. The pool didn't even have a ladder to get in or out, people without mobility can't use it because it doesn't have a ramp, there's also a lack of maintenance, there's a lot of tiles missing, there's a high chance of someone getting hurt, the bottom filter is the old one, which runs the risk of sucking children's hair, it needs to be changed urgently. Improve cleaning in common areas, despite the building being painted, cleaning must be redoubled. The valet service and night security are very good, the check-in service too. These are points to improve in order to return more often.
