Gelps

I just checked in and would like to report my dissatisfaction with the items below. 1- Shower does not come out cold water making bathing difficult because there is no way to temper the water. 2- TV does not work right very bad image and lock up at all times. 3- There is no blanket in the bed. Bad accommodation unelizmemte!!! On coming to Rio Verde I will not stay in this hotel anymore. I can't give a score greater than 4. Att, Leonardo

The cost/benefit ratio is bad. Bed and bath equipment needs to be changed urgently. There are no sockets on the bed tops and the bathroom should have been renovated a long time ago. But the worst is the restaurant, which does not work on weekends, only serves dinner and - as happened today, Monday - did not open without any justification. The size of the city no longer allows such a painful quality of service.

We stayed here while on business in Rio Verde. My room was plenty big and clean. The air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was good, with a variety of breads, fruits, pastries, etc. the area doesn’t lend itself to walking around outside, although we did walk to a restaurant a few blocks away for dinner. I’ve never been to Rio Verde before, so I can’t compare Gelps to other hotels.
