Cleaning OK Academy: Does not work Breakfast OK I booked a month in advance, paid the view , arrived at the site 06 hrs in the morning , the other day of check-in, the room was not available, I went to another room , late in the afternoon , room change. (I was disappointed)

Nice big rooms, but absolutely horrible service. Room cleaning, room service etc. did not work art all and were shameful for a 5-star-hotel. Frustrating experience.

Very good in quality and service. This chain is highly recommended.
