Apart.601 mont blanc SLZ Perfect apartment amei Location everything perfect... There are no words super indicate look q I am demanding kkkkkk cleaning, organization, have everything really do not feel missing anything... Supermarket in freight q has everything...I will always come back q for need.

I've stayed in a flat there for 40 days and enjoyed pretty much the whole time. The pool is nice and the gym is small but has treadmills which is decent after all. The location is good because it is quite near a mall. The wifi is really needing some sort of improving and the cleaning service could be better.

It's our 1st time staying at Mercure and our overall staying is poor. The room is very nice, great size with full kitchen and livingroom. However no kitchen utensils stays in the room, if you need to use them, you have to call room service, NOT HAPPY about that. If Brasilians are NOT educated, other people should not be blamed for it. The tv in the livingroom is tiny tv like 30yrs old lol and the one in the room is a tiny 20" besides that there was or there's NO CABLE, just local channels. Last but NOT least, the "WIFI internet"... OMG what a hassle was to get online and IF, WHEN we did, it was on just for 5mins, then would kick us off and CAN'T get back on lol. We complaint to front desk a few times and of course nothing was done, the only thing they suggested is to move to other room. However, who would guarantee us that THE PROBL WOULD BE SOLVED moving to other room?? so we stayed in same room. So, it's a VERY EXPENSIVE Place for what they offer. I can't say nothing about the breakfast, as we didn't had breakfast there. But for the way how the restaurant looks, it didn't look like they could provide a good breakfast lol.
