Very well located, on the beautiful beach of Calhau. A little far from the center, but in a very structured neighborhood. Very comfortable room, of good size, with room to pack your bags and clothes, great bed and bathroom and good shower. Beautiful views, for wood and dune (back room) and for beach (front room). Great service, friendly and attentive, great breakfast, with many options. I only regret not having made available for booking (at least not made available by Booking) triple room, with this one person stayed in another room, we went in 3.

I stayed at the hotel from 31/10 to 02/11. My hotel experience had been great until the time of the check-out, when I was charged a fee of R$ 100 for a visit that went up to my room and waited for about 30 minutes. At the time of check-in, we were informed that there would be an extra charge if there was an additional guest, which was not the case. When they authorized the climb, at no time was I informed of any costs, that is, there was no verbal authorization or signed by me for the collection. I felt hurt and left the hotel with a feeling of frustration and powerlessness after what happened. I regret the lack of flexibility and take the opportunity to emphasize the importance of this information being communicated more clearly, because at the check-in I was told about another Cover staying in the room and not paying for a visit. In addition, any collection must be agreed, as they do with frigobar expenses, thus avoiding other people from going through the same situation and in the end being overwhelmed with the collection of an unauthorized amount.

The hotel is very good. We were very well served when we arrived in the middle of the morning. We take advantage of the pool and other facilities offered by the hotel. The difference was the convenience of leaving the bags while visiting the Maranhenses Lençóis. We could leave our bags at the hotel and withdraw at the return. In addition, as our transfer to the Lençóis (Barreirinhas) would leave early in the morning, we were offered a snack before the transfer departure (3:00 AM) since we would not be at the hotel at breakfast time.
