Wetiga Hotel

A spacious hotel with a very good structure, spacious rooms and overlooking the pool. We stayed in a very well equipped suite. Breakfast is good with varied options.

Very beautiful physical space, with beautiful paintings in the lobby. Comfortable rooms, great beds! The outdoor pool was very cold and the heated, not very hot, but we managed to use it. Varied breakfast, very good and in preparation well for the most demanding tours. Note to the reception staff that we had more contact: Letitia, Lucas and Iris. Super attentive and lovely people!!! Great location. It is located on the main street just over 1km from the restaurants. There are 2 supermarkets right near there.

The hotel is, in fact, very beautiful and has an excellent location, which attracted us a lot for a weekend of relaxation in the family. However, the overall experience was marked by a series of flaws in the Service that compromised our rest. Our arrival at the reception was a little frustrating. We were my wife and a 1-year-old baby, loaded with bags, and no one approached us or offered help with the luggage and guidance to the car. The receptionists were polite, but I had to actively assist in finding our reserve, as they seemed to show little interest or preparation for this task. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the heated pool, especially because the day was cold. Unfortunately, we found that there was no hot water in the pool, which was a great disappointment and made its use impossible. The room itself was good, but room Service was not carried out during our entire two-day stay. We came by at the reception to complain about the shower that was not heating too and we warned that we would leave, asking for room service to be done, but, to our surprise, nothing was done. The breakfast, in turn, was very simple and simple, below what was expected for a hotel with this structure. To sum up, although the hotel staff were always polite, we noticed a low proactivity in the service and a certain unpreparedness in various situations. The check-out was quick, but again, we did not get help with the luggage and the care seemed a bit "larged". What was to be a weekend of total relaxation and rest was not fully achieved due to these issues. The hotel has a high potential for its beauty and location, but urgently needs to improve the quality and proactivity of its Service to deliver an experience at the height of what is proposed.
