Very good hotel with differentiated attention especially from Silvia always friendly and attentive; clean and spacious room; quiet box shower very hot with abundant water exit indico cafe with lots of variety

Certainly the hotel is run by someone with no idea of comfort. The hotel can only be in financial difficulties and trying to sustain itself so as not to break because there is a lot of maintenance to do. It is the typical hotel where you stay on the street making time to come back only at bedtime (if you can). NOTE 10 Nothing. NOTE 8 . Efficient blackout curtain NOTE 6 . location: is in the center of BH; it is bad to walk around the neighborhood as the hotel is between slopes; there are no restaurants and markets nearby; there are many street residents (apparently harmless) in the area . air conditioning: central, works, but old console gets stuck to the wall and is not digital which makes it difficult to regulate the temperature NOTE 4 . check-in: made by Sílvia; artificially friendly, very bureaucratic and tired because makes unnecessary questions too . TV: small, old, with exposed cables and with old cable TV console; no printed channel menu (see photo) . wi-fi: misery 15Mb q hardly solve to read emails and access websites; to make video call can not . breakfast: basic and meals of medium to poor quality; living room with low ceiling (1,90m), very small (only for 30 people) and claustrophobic (has basculants and no windows) NOTE 2 . room: large and empty, full of mold the ceiling, with only two beds and a table + loose chair in the environment without any comfort and decoration . sockets: only two next to the counter (one of them useless as it is American standard); no socket next to the beds . desk chair: simple, old (range much) and without any comfort . bed: uncomfortable with springs spinning, thin sheets, old and very short; all of poor quality looking very highway stand . bathroom: no charm, no liquid soap, only with towels (hard fabric, fine and old), mirror, pot and toilet paper . frigobar: empty and only avoids that drink (bought out) does not boil, but freezes nothing . check-out: made by Silvia, antipatic, dry, even thank you; it seems the guest is doing a favor in going away NOTE 0 . shower: depressing, identical to the public hospital (see photo) . shower: old and terrible; it takes 10min to warm up and the flow is of only (no exaggeration, I counted) 15 water lanes (see photo) . room with mold spots on the ceiling (see photo) . lamps with old white lamps, those round bulb . switch: only one in the room that connects the 4 bulb lamps making the room a stage of theater of so much illumination closet: poorly positioned because it is next to the bathroom door; when opening the closet there is no way to enter the bathroom (see photo) . bathroom basculante facing to the common floor area from where it is possible to see inside the bathroom (see photo)

My experience at Hotel Belo Horizonte Plaza was simply perfect from start to finish! The hotel impresses by the beauty of architecture, impeccable cleanliness and complete infrastructure. The rooms are spacious, modern and extremely comfortable, with an incredible attention to detail. What most delighted me was the service of excellence. The staff, especially from the reception, showed professionalism, sympathy and genuine care with the guests. Whenever I needed something, I was treated with readiness and a smile on my face - that makes all the difference! The breakfast was a separate experience: amazing variety, all fresh and delicious. Leisure areas such as swimming pool and gym are well-kept and of high standard. The privileged location also allows easy access to the main tourist sights of the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality and service in Belo Horizonte. I will definitely come back many times and take great memories from my stay.
