The hotel is only worth it by location!!!! The elevator and bedroom flourish. The air conditioning is a shit. The bathroom shower is ridiculous, the bed is bad, the old closets, the fridge bar full of rust... i.e., bad!!!! And still charge for breakfast!!!

Excellent location for those who like to stay in the Savassi neighborhood in BH, but if the Saturday day is on your schedule, I make an alert that in the vicinity of the hotel is full of young galera that make huge doughnuts in the morning, so that quiet to sleep, the guest will not have. Another negative point was that the maid abruptly opened the door at 9 a.m., while my wife and I were still asleep, and we woke up in panic. Sorry this professional behavior!!! There is no breakfast and no parking, but these points are described on the hotel's website.

Great cost-effective and excellent location, but noisy at night We stayed from Friday to Sunday to attend an event in the city. The hotel has a good cost-effectiveness and its location is excellent: it is a few minutes walk from Shopping Patio Savassi, the Green Sea supermarket (a great option for breakfast) and close to sights such as the Hippie Fair and the Palace of Liberty. The street is quite busy, with many bars and leisure options. I highlight the service of the receptionist (I believe he is called Marcos), extremely kind and helpful, gave us great tips from the region. The hotel is old, but offers in the rooms frigobar and air conditioning (because it is very cold, we do not use it). As a negative point, it is worth mentioning the noise during the night and dawn. Being on a pretty busy street, the outside sound can bother those who have light sleep. The hotel does not offer breakfast included, but there is an option to pay separately in a partner hotel on the back street. We preferred coffee in Green Sea, which was a practical and pleasant choice. Overall, a good choice for those who want to be well located and do not bother with the nocturnal bustle.
