Very reasonable hotel...in the 2 days we stayed we were unable to solve the room key problem. Every time we were prevented from entering the room and the maintenance did not solve the problem. The box spilled water after the bath, the bathroom became all wet and slippery, a danger. They changed the towels and forgot to bring back our daughter's. I ordered at 10:30 and when I returned at 19:30 they had not put yet. On the second day, when entering the restaurant for breakfast, the employee shouted that the coffee was not included in the diary (and was), unnecessary embarrassment. After 5 wonderful days at the Hotel Clara Art in Inhotim ending with 2 days at Caesar Business was stressful...
