The hotel has as a strength the location: very well located, in a really nice neighborhood, with good service offer and easy access. However, the hotel structure is quite old and this impacts the experience. The building, the floors and the furniture relate to another era — it seems we are back in the 1970s. Despite being clean, the floor is so old that it passes the feeling of being loaded, in addition to presenting cracks. The furniture and sofas are visibly worn out by time. Parking is a point of interest: there are no vacancies for all guests. People who arrive at night may have difficulty looking for vacancies in the surroundings, which is neither comfortable nor practical. The breakfast is simple but satisfying. The buffet is basic and fulfills the role, although the lounge, tables and chairs also follow the old pattern of the rest of the hotel. In the bedroom, the size is good, as are the mattresses and pillows, which are comfortable. However, the TV's disposition draws attention negatively: it hangs in the closet in a passage area, offering risk of hitting the head - it is necessary to constantly deviate when circulating around the room. Leisure areas are not attractive. The pool is open and cold, uninviting. The academy is very old, with disassembled equipment. In general, it is a hotel that serves for a quick pass or overnight stay, mainly considering the cost-benefit. For extended stays, family trips or leisure, I do not recommend it, mainly due to lack of modernization and proper structure.

Great cost benefit! I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room, it has a living room, table, kitchen, the room is quite spacious, with balcony. Breakfast well varied and has parking, for small cars and paid part. It is great for those who are on foot, as it has easy access to Liberty Square and Palace of the Arts of Belo Horizonte

Well located for those who go to business, close to sights (go on foot to Liberty Square), large rooms, kitchen with basic utensils, good cleaning, breakfast sorted and friendly staff.
