The hotel is not in the city center but near a big shopping mall to which you can safely walk. The room as small, but ok. A/C, beds, all fine. The breakfast is good but not exceptional.
However, we had some issues with the service. Our room safe was not working when we arrived. We complained twice, but nothing happened during two days. The minibar was not full when we arrived (no water; should have been there) and not replenished on the second day. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The room can be noisy from the hallway if there are loud guests.
Overe all, a reasonable hotel, but with some service issues.
The staff is friendly but does not speak English, therefore it is difficult to make oneself understood without a mobile phone and a translator.
