Be careful when booking upper room and put you in a room suitable for disabled people. I booked an upper room with queen size bed with 4 months in advance, but I was placed in a room adapted for physical disabled, with a normal size bed and no box in the bathroom (there was an unhygienic curtain instead of the glass). I showed the details of my booking at check-in, but they placed the blame on the Hotéis.com platform, which does not proceed, because the photos of the room on the platform were neither standard nor adapted. I did not notice any positive attitude at check-in on 24/07/2026 at 22:15h. No interest was demonstrated in verifying the misconception in the accommodation provided. I pointed out that I had already stayed in the same hotel 6 times, by the same Hotels.com and this problem had never happened. I have always praised the previous services, but I will not stay again and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hallway carpet besides being very dirty, smelled bad, as did the bedroom. I couldn’t stay at the hotel, I left less than an hour after I arrived.

My husband is physically disabled, we stayed in this hotel for seven days, and in six days (which is today) we were surprised with guests who are NOT DEFICIENTS and stop at the places for the PCD. The employees without any management, do not write down the plates of these horrible humans who have no empathy with PCD people, who need to stop in these specific vacancies. So if you are disabled or have a person in the family with a disability, DO NOT stay in this hotel.
