This place really feels like your own place. No subtle decor or something tho'. There's a minibar in the apartment but beverages must be bought at the front desk; not that great but if you take into account the price is seriously cheaper when compared to other hotels... Smelly corridors, the carpets seem to exhale cigarettes. Breakfast starting at 7AM in a workday is a shame.

I stayed here for over 4 months, and got used to it as it was home. Definetely one big plus is the location, close to Savassi region, bars, restaurants and shopping malls it could not get any better. The apartments are adequate for two people, they have a small living room with tv and a couch, a little balcony and a small kitchen. The hotel has a pool and breakfast. The breakfast can get very repetitive as it lacks variety, and choices are very limited. The room is cleaned twice per week. There is no laundry service in the hotel, but you can find one just across the street.
