Dear, I come through this to formally register my complaint regarding the accommodation in the mentioned hotel, in the face of serious failures in the provision of the contracted service. At the time of check-in, I was informed that there was no room available, even with pre-confirmed and paid reservation. An internal problem has been reported, and I was initially offered accommodation in a lower class establishment, which does not correspond to the contracted service. Faced with the refusal, the manager's own room was later made available for my accommodation. It turns out that when using the above room, I verified that the environment did not present adequate conditions of cleaning and hygiene, containing used towels, used bedding, carpet in inappropriate conditions, dirty toilet vessel and waste toilet paper spread across the environment, in addition to general disorganization of the space, indicating the absence of minimum preparation for accommodation. Such a situation characterizes a serious failure to provide the service, violating the obligations of quality, hygiene and adequate accommodation of the consumer, creating an inadmissible situation in the face of a previously paid and confirmed reservation. In addition, it must be noted that the situation was aggravated by another episode of disorganization and lack of respect for the guest. Around 06.09 a.m., I started getting calls on the fixed phone from the room. At first, I thought it was a mistake, but later there was insistence and even knocking on the door of the room. Then, an employee approached the site inappropriately, requesting access to the room for removal of a passing iron, which demonstrated a lack of internal organization and total disregard for the guest's rest. Such conduct reinforces the lack of structure, preparation and respect in the care, further compromising the already damaged experience.

The hotel is at the entrance of the city. The room is spacious and the place is very quiet. The room service on Saturday's dinner only had PFs available, despite the wide menu presented. Good breakfast with fruit varieties, hot dishes sweet and salty.

Super comfortable and comfortable hotel for the family. Easy to use bathroom with large space in the box, large space on the table and in the wardrobe. The room accompanied fridge bar and air conditioning. The pool is large and does not have much depth (1.50m is standard). Great room in the lounge to have breakfast, next door, a swing table (I don't know where the utensils to play), and right behind there is a gym, simple but easy to keep the muscles warm (laughs). Very friendly and attentive people, it was a great experience for the gaúchos here.
