Toronto Tower Residence

The bed was only 3 feet, because one was loose on the floor, I complained at the reception the assistant said that he was going to check if there was someone to repair or if I needed to change room. Did not return when I returned the bed continued only with 3 feet, as it was early morning I had to balance on the side of the bed with 2 feet and avoid the side without a foot of the bed. Sorry!!!

The sockets are old, the reception is not careful, only 1 hair dryer for all apt, and has no socket adapters. My rating does not reach a 3-star hotel. The city was crowded, but there are much better hotels. Thank you

Poor maintenance, poor service from the reception (receptionist Rafael super poorly educated), super tight garage and dirty, has two elevators being that does not work and the other is super precarious without maintenance. Where in the morning no cutlery insufficient for customers (have to wait to wash to use). I do not recommend
