Very nice place next to the Rio Grande. Big comfortable rooms and beds, nice cozy bar with cold beer and awesome caipirinhas, big and clean pool, very tasty food and pizza and very friendly and caring people.

We are travel to asia. First wer trusting booking.com. We tried to make most of our booking throuyh booking engine. But... Yesterday althouyh we have confirmed rezarvation from you we have been given very bad room back side . And the owner sait that " he gave beach front bongalows rent for six mount. He said booking know that." Back room was bad. We are wait breakfast 9,30 but kitchen was not ready:( We have sent booking.com two email but no respond still yet. Why? What abaut consumer right?
