Very welcoming place, a great breakfast, great view from the penthouse with games

The hotel had everything to be perfect, however some situations, at least in the experience I had, left a lot to be desired: Balcony extremely dirty, no cleaning, balcony drain clogged (air conditioner drain water flooding the balcony), apartment and bathroom LEDs burned out in some parts, apartment phone broken with no communication with the reception (you have to go downstairs to talk to them), there was a water shortage in the city due to a problem caused by third parties and the hotel offered no support to the guests, we went to sleep without bathing and without brushing our teeth because the hotel said: We are not responsible for what happened and we can do nothing. Apartment full of mosquitoes and gnats. We need to go out and buy insecticide. Total lack of internal communication from management with employees (e.g., At the rooftop bar, I asked for double beer). The attendant didn't know about this offer. Hotel highlight: Excellence in treating every employee with us. The hotel has everything to be good, but it needs to improve a lot.
