Santissimo Resort

I was at the Santíssimo in May and this was the fifth time I stayed at the hotel. Precisely because I know the resort and have had other experiences, this time I was quite disappointed with the maintenance and cleanliness of the room. The shower had very little water, apparently with the holes clogged, causing the water to come out without direction. The bathroom also left a lot to be desired: the shower stall had black spots and needed a more careful cleaning. The bedroom floor was discolored and dirty. The towels were very thin and rough, appearing to be quite worn out, and some bedding was torn. I also found the quality of the trash can provided in the room inadequate. For a resort with high-value daily rates, I consider that these details should receive much more attention. It's a shame, because in my previous accommodations my perception was much better. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews these aspects of maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep, because I like the Santíssimo and would like to keep coming back. In return, the meals remain excellent. I have absolutely nothing to complain about the food, which remains one of the highlights of the stay!

My experience at this resort was very disappointing. Upon arrival, my vehicle passed the entry checklist and it was registered that it had no damage. During the stay, the car was under the care of the valet service. Upon picking up the vehicle, a dent was found that did not exist when I delivered it. The resort itself recognized responsibility for the damage and, through WhatsApp messages, informed that it would reimburse. I made the repair, for the amount of R$ 2,900.00, I sent all the requested documentation and waited for the payment, which was never made. I also registered a complaint on Reclame Aqui, which received no response, and I appealed to PROCON in an attempt to resolve the situation amicably. Unfortunately, as of this evaluation, the problem remains unsolved. I am sharing this experience so that other guests are aware of what happened before choosing to stay at this resort. I hope the company reviews its stance and starts fulfilling the commitments made to its customers.
