MACHADOS PLAZA HOTEL

It's not worth what it cobra. • Breakfast: extremely poor and repetitive. I stayed seven days and they were all the same – no creativity and no care. • Fourth: only “ok”, nothing that justifies the amount charged. • Visit policy: completely absurd – R$100 to enter, and if the Cover wants a bread and coffee, the price goes to R$140. • Parking: 3 rotary seats for all guests. Good luck. • Amenities: zero attention to comfort. No shampoo or conditioner; they only deliver a soap that looks like a prison museum piece. • Location: is the only salvation – close to a shopping area that you can walk. For the price, the experience is disappointing. The hotel seems to save on everything and does not deliver anything but the basic (and look there). It needs to improve a lot.

Good hotel close to shopping, supermarket and museums. TV, empty fridge, air conditioning, bed, service, cleaning and good bathroom. Breakfast is enough, but could have more variety. If you have a vacant room, let you in earlier without charge. Wi-fi with validity and limitation of devices. The hotel has beautiful decoration. The pool is small and is on the roof.

What's the point of having a minibar if drinks have to be purchased at reception and paid for in cash? Surreal I received a paper where it was written that they charge 100 reais per visit fee. An offense, who do they think they are dealing with? What “visits” would these be? Surreal Electric shower clogged and leaking, hygienic shower leaking. Surreal Air conditioning that doesn't freeze. Lighting only on the ceiling and the only switch next to the door. TV remote control does not change the signal. Surreal Good location? There are controversies. I was strongly advised not to walk in the vicinity. Very weak breakfast. Ugh, in short, very bad.
