This is my second rating of this hotel after two years. Nothing's changed. The hotel is old, large and well built for the time, but poorly located, away from any interesting attraction and the surroundings do not invite to the exit for a walk or meal, forget that. The rooms require more careful and deep cleaning although the daily cleaning is not bad. In the bathroom, only two small soaps, no smell and that even foam do... I suggest to take your as well as shampoo and conditioner that are not offered and that I consider the minimum desirable. The towels are old, though clean. Room Service is not good, the sandwiches and fried potatoes are served in fine isopor marmitas and the meal covered with plastic film - it did not please me.... ahhh, and have to pay on time. The fried potato was so bad that I didn't even eat... dirty and tasteless. Breakfast reasonable (in a place that lacks decoration) but nothing exceptional. The garage is wide, but the hellish noise of the water pump for 24 hours continues.. a torture for the employees, it gets to do... and look at the last time I had already noticed it in the rating. I think you don't even need supervision to realize that a solution is needed for this and then. It is not the hotel I would choose... I just stayed because there is a lack of accommodation in Belém and traveled by Enterprise. I lowered the rating to bad.

The hotel is old but well preserved. The rooms are large, spacious and comfortable. It is located in the city centre, close to the bus terminal, but far from the main tourist attractions. Breakfast has a good variety, but the replacement is not very agile, even because there is no room for the disposal of the food. The staff service was always very good, with a lot of education. I found the value charged per day slightly above other hotels in the city with better location. I recommend this hotel for those who need to work in the central area of the city, as was my case.

Bad hotel! I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The hotel is in poor state of conservation, with mattresses and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Room service practically does not exist! It doesn't match the 4 stars it has. In addition, I made a cutting request through the room service that took more than an hour to be served. After talking to five different people and contacting management, I finally got a plastic cutlery. The photos that are on social networks do not match the reality. This lack of professionalism and quality is unacceptable.
