Stay note 10, I stayed in the standard room that perfectly met our needs, spacious, shower with perfect water flow and gas heated. Reception is always ready to clarify doubts and assist us in whatever was necessary. The cleaning of the room was done by Ingrid who kept the room impeccable and organized, very friendly and polite. At the bar we count on the attention of Claudio and Patrícia who captivate everyone with sympathy and their drinks whether alcoholic or not. The breakfast and the restaurant service is another high point, a lot of variety, but me and my little one ate a lot of cuscuz and tapioca daily made by Taysson with capricho and a lot of sympathy. I also highlight the care of Rayan at the restaurant, he attended us with a lot of patience and calm until my son decided what to eat. The manager of the Serrinha restaurant also helped us and was very helpful. Despite being a big hotel, with many guests and high rotation I had a personalized care. The location is also privileged, as it is possible to make tours and souvenir shopping in the surrounding area. Worth the lodging!

The hotel is wonderful. Super attentive people, very good breakfast, make tapioca on time. The pool, however on the terrace, is quite hot. I stayed in the Standard room, simple, but that served us very well. The shower is great, very strong water. And it's in an excellent location! The beach of Tambaú in front of the hotel is great for bathing and has several kiosks. And to get out at night, there's the fair practically next door. I indicate closed eyes!

Very good experience, especially by the care of Patrícia and Claudio very attentive, kind, careful and always with a smile on the face. Close to pharmacies , markets and shops kkkk Hotel restaurant very good tbm, would definitely return.
