Very well located hotel, close to bars, restaurants, etc. Can improve breakfast and cleaning.

The hotel is well located, and the staff are very friendly and hospitable. We were 4 people and our accommodation was spacious, with kitchen, 3 beds, being one in a separate bedroom, 2 televisions, tables, desk, large balcony with views of the sea and the sign of JP, plus a iron barrel (ferrous, but useful). The hotel's decoration is very modern and beautiful. Pool, sauna and gym on the terrace with amazing views. The breakfast was ok. See you, wonderful! Left nothing to be desired in cleaning, especially the bathroom. There was lime in the corners of the sink, the rals of the sink and the box were dirty and the toilet was dusty. The dryer cable had a black crust that I hadn't seen cleaned up in years. These cleaning details make all the difference, not just for the guest, but for the preservation of the hotel itself. What today would only need a capricious faxine, tomorrow could represent expenses with replacement parts for poor conservation.

The rooms need better cleaning and renovation. Air conditioning control failing, reading lights in the room do not work, bathroom with smell of returning sewage. Structure of utensils for the weak kitchen: had a milk pot, 2 cups, 2 tablespoons and 1 fork and knife. Breakfast very simple. Servants and camaraderie very polite and very helpful. Excellent location. Pool with beautiful views.
