NOBILE INN ROYAL

Dear, I come, through this, to record my dissatisfaction with the recent experience that I had as a guest at Hotel Nobile, in João Cover. Since the beginning of the accommodation (17/07), the accommodation has been quite precarious. The room I was placed in was with the air conditioning defective, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. After reporting the problem, the maintenance team noticed the defect, but when requesting the room change, I was informed that the hotel was “crowded” and that priority would be given to new guests — at the expense of those who were already staying, which I consider a total disrespect. Which made us change from hotel, after the prestease of our travel agent Mauro, who placed us in the great hotel Caiçara João Cover. In addition, the cleaning of the room was inefficient throughout the stay. The maids did not follow a fixed schedule, and in several days I returned late in the afternoon to a room still unworked, which is unacceptable. The management's care, especially from Mr. Fábio and his team, too, left to be desired. Lack of empathy, organization and commitment to the minimum quality in customer service. In view of this, I note my dissatisfaction with the services provided and hope that the hotel reviews its operational practices and the Processing given to guests. A good hosting experience requires respect, comfort and professionalism — and unfortunately none of that has been delivered. Carefully, Temístocles Telmo and family 17 to 23/07. Excellent location. Close to shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel is not luxurious, but it is comfortable and the room we stayed in, despite being standard, was spacious. Too bad the sauna wasn't working. Hotel with excellent value for money
