⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Very clean hotel, organized and with a good service. The team was polite The only negative point was the delay in the delivery of the cutlery. I made the request personally and I was informed that they would be taken to the room. As it took, I called to reinforce the request, but even so the cutlery did not arrive. After more than half an hour of waiting, my husband had to go down to the reception to pick them up, and our food was already cold when we could eat. Despite this, the hotel experience was very good and the stay was pleasant.

I was a frequent guest of this hotel, at least once a month had at least one stay there. But on my last stay, on the 13th of this month, I was assigned to room 304 (never take this room) and at about 23:30 a.m. some appliances from a commercial next door, I don't know if generators or exhaustors, began to work making a very loud noise that made it impossible to sleep and rest after a full day of work. I called the reception and the collaborator "Danilo" told me that I had nothing to do, but as if he already knew and other people had already complained about this room. Unhappy, but no choice, I spent the night in this same room, because my flight was at 4:30 the next day. At the check-out I notified "Danilo" from the reception that he was going to an agenda in São Paulo and would return to the hotel the next day, but in no way would stay in the same room, because I couldn't sleep due to the noise. When I returned I was taken care of by "Lucas" who assigned me in room 305, next to the room I complained and said that I would not stay anymore. I kindly asked him to relocate me to another accommodation, but I was informed that there were no other rooms available, that that one was reserved for me and there was no other option. So I told "Lucas" that I would not stay in the hotel and never host me there again, yet he reaffirmed that he had nothing to do. Thus, even being a frequent guest and enjoying various points of the hotel, due to the poor service and lack of empathy of the collaborators Danilo and Lucas, I never stay at the Bristol Brasil 500 again and recommend that those who stay there do not stay in room 304 or nearby, because you will surely have to face a loud noise at night.

Great location in the middle of Curitiba. The room smelled bad when I arrived and I had to air. But it was spacious and had a small balcony overlooking. Old fashioned interior. Did not get the bed made when I stayed two nights and no refill of tea. The shower was nice and plenty of water. There was shampoo and conditioner. The gym had two running machines - none worked. Terrible. Breakfast buffet good with plenty to choose from. Door key system substandard. Had to go 13 flights down THREE times to reload my card when I did not enter the room. Too many small details that did not work for me to give this hotel approval
