Clean room well arranged, I didn't like the smell that was in the room, I had a problem with the poster to turn on the lights

The hotel is well located, very close so Shopping Station, which provides convenience to the traveler. The room and the shower are good and the breakfast as well. The only problem is the noise, as it is in a busy avenue, so that until midnight and after five in the morning there is noise of buses and other vehicles. It didn't bother me, but it might bother some. Maybe in the background rooms this problem is less. In the bathroom you can also listen to the TV or the conversations from the next room.

I would like to record my praise to Hotel San Huan for the excellent experience during our training. From the first contact, the service was impeccable — especially Willian, from the event department, always very careful, agile and available, as well as all the staff and management, who showed themselves attentive at all times. We had small adjustments throughout the process, but everything was quickly resolved with efficiency, speed and goodwill, which demonstrates the hotel’s commitment to the quality of service. The structure offered also met our needs very well, with a comfortable and suitable room accommodating our class with a lot of comfort. No doubt, a positive experience.
