Mirante Hotel

Old building, the problem is not being old, but lack of maintenance, weak breakfast, few options. Cordial and polite staff. Old rooms, broken floors, and leaks in the ceiling

I was with a group of 45 people staying at Rede Andrade Mirante, in Foz do Iguaçu, between September 5th and September 8th, and unfortunately I need to register my deep dissatisfaction with the experience. During the stay, we had extremely serious problems that I consider unacceptable for a hotel. Some clients were without water in their rooms for two days, unable even to take a shower. In another situation, the key to a room was given to a guest who, upon entering, found another couple already staying in the same room. A completely embarrassing and unacceptable situation. We also had complaints about showers that didn't heat up, in addition to various reports of inadequate service at the reception, with rude and poorly prepared staff to deal with the problems presented by the guests. The general impression is of a hotel lacking the necessary maintenance and care, conveying a sense of abandonment. As the owner of a travel agency and responsible for the accommodation of a group of 45 people, I cannot recommend this hotel to my clients. On the contrary, I consider it important to leave this account so that other travelers know what we found. The only positive thing, in my opinion, is the location. Besides that, unfortunately, the experience was much below expectations. I do not recommend. There are other options in Foz do Iguaçu that deserve much more consideration.

Water facilities very old, room cleanliness average, it can improve. Their buffet should be more varied
